DELIVERY
Emekshop.nl ships your order within 5 working days for EU locations and 5-10 days for non EU locations. This delivery time is subject to availability of the ordered items and the selected payment method.
The stock on items in our shop is updated daily and we try to keep this as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, it can happen that the stock status does not match the actual stock position. If this has a negative impact on your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I CANCEL OR RETURN (PART OF) AN ORDER
Emekshop.nl trades according to Euopean Law. As such the terms below have been set up to protect consumers as defined by the European Union law. For additional information we refer to our terms of trade as published on our website.
CANCELLATION
Cancelling an order is free of charge when the order hasn't been shipped to you. If, however, you cancel an order after we've sent it, but before arrival, then do not accept the parcel when it's being delivered. If we already recieved your payment, then we'll refund the amount within 30 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
